Multifaceted artist Izack Under celebrates his position as a finalist in Mr. Gay Great Britain, an event that announced the names of the final contestants last Saturday (16). Revealing a journey marked by overcoming and authenticity, being in this position reinforces his strength and determination.

“I feel very honoured to be part of this community and also this family. Being a finalist in Mr. Gay Great Britain has given me the possibility to meet incredible people and live unforgettable experiences.”

His participation in the contest represents not only a quest for recognition but also a vehicle to promote positive changes and inspire others to embrace their authenticity.

Mr. Gay GB is not limited to a competition of beauty, sensuality, and physique, but focuses on the LGBTQIA+ community and vital social issues. Izack also highlights the importance of the event:

“Mr. Gay GB is not just a beauty, sensuality, and physical competition. It is focused on the LGBTQIA+ community and on helping people who belong to this community, such as those who are HIV positive, or other health issues, whether mental or physical, and also rescuing people who are living on the street or supporting those who are kicked out of their homes by their families. It is a contest that goes far beyond beauty, and that is super important,” affirms the artist.

Furthermore, Izack Under emphasized the importance of LGBTQIA+ representation in political and social events, highlighting the role of Mr. Gay GB in contributing to this aspect. “In creating new laws for society, we who are part of this community should also be included,” Under emphasizes.

With an artistic career marked by authenticity and representativeness, Izack Under continues to positively impact the LGBTQ+ community through his music and art. “Bringing representation nowadays in music and in my music videos is liberating and will be something that will persist, I want to show my feelings more and more through my music,” concluded the artist.
