In Martin\u2019s divorce petition filed Wednesday,\u00a0obtained by People, the \u201cLivin\u2019 La Vida Loca\u201d singer requested joint custody of\u00a0daughter Lucia, 4, and\u00a0son Renn, 3. Martin, 51, is also the father of 14-year-old twin sons Matteo and Valentino, whom he welcomed prior to\u00a0marrying Yosef. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Martin listed \u201cirreconcilable differences\u201d as the reason for the divorce from Yosef. According to the docs, Martin will also pay spousal support to Yosef, as well as his attorney fees. The singer has \u201cyet to determine the full nature and extent of the separate property assets and obligations of each party\u201d based on their prenup, the outlet added. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
